Meals on Wheels of Cheyenne has been chosen to be the charity recipient of Thankful Thursday on May 18th, 2023. This is our last year we can do this to make room for other nonprofits, so let’s make this the biggest year yet! We are attempting to raise one month's grocery bill in one night - $30,000! At Meals on Wheels, we seek to help the independence, health and well-being of individuals living in Cheyenne and Laramie County with an expressed need for nutritional support through the delivery of nutritious meals, friendly visits and safety checks. In the last month, over 10,800 hot, nutritious meals were delivered throughout the community. We have also just launched our AniMEALS program, delivering pet food and supplies to our clients!
Join us on Thursday, May 18th for a Party with a Purpose at Thankful Thursday at the Lincolnway Events Center located at 3839 E Lincolnway! Doors open at 4pm, party starts at 4:30 -join us for 50-50 raffles, food, card games, live and silent auction, and many more ways to win CA$H!
